Yet another date for your Redruth diary: Saturday 4th May is May Market Day.

Bringing in the may

Redruth Revival want to dress the Buttermarket courtyard with blossom for the May Market this Saturday. We’ll be hard at work from 2 pm on Friday cleaning up and decorating with all types of spring blossom, so if you have any branches to spare, do drop them down to us between 1 and 2 pm on Friday in the courtyard. Let’s bring the start of summer into town!

Dancing round the maypole

We’re delighted to announce that Helen Musser (the glowing ‘fallen angel’ at our Old Tyme Christmas) will be leading maypole dancing in the Buttermarket courtyard this Saturday as we enjoy the latest Town Market. So come along at 11.30 to dance in celebration of our Celtic summer or to watch.

Live Music
